Appian Consultant - USA

Position Summary

The Appian – Consultant position has been defined to be responsible for supporting Appian practice of Princeton Blue in its project delivery. The individual will play a key role in consulting lead engagements with its customers. While being a part of a team of highly talented BPM Consultants, the candidate will apply his/her expertise of Appian in order to deliver world class BPM solutions to customers and build Customer Referenceability. The individual will also have opportunity of contributing towards company’s knowledge repository and thought leadership.

The role is expected to be very hands-on with Appian Product suite and requires deep understanding of the product.

The position requires someone who is self-motivated, has a strong technical background, and possesses great communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications in a fast paced environment.
  • Engage with customers from design / architecture phase of a project, understand client's business, participate in conversion and documenting of business requirements to system requirements, and contribute developing high quality applications on the Appian platform.
  • Test changes to user interface, application functionality and database access as required by the client organization.
  • Coordinate closely with other consultants to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.

Position Summary

The Client Executive is a sales role responsible for both direct client contract retention, as well as growth through contract expansion, and the introduction of new clients. This position would involve developing and owning long term customer relationships, serving as a strategic business partner, driving sales, revenue, margin growth, delivery and overall customer satisfaction. The Client Executive will provide leadership, planning, coordination and management of all sales and delivery activities.
