Marketing Manager – USA

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all marketing initiatives for Princeton Blue, Inc., working closely with Senior Management team
  • Strategize, write and disseminate email communications to prospects, clients and partners, while tracking email campaign performance
  • Curate content to share on social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Oversee and own the website maintenance, updates, new developments and make changes to content of the website hosted on WordPress. Also coordinate daily with external web team to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Manage and participate in marketing collateral development, and coordination of changes with vendors
  • Aggregate details from consultants to create client case studies and go-live announcements
  • Plan and manage Company promotional events; tasks including but not limited to: creating and maintaining yearly event calendar, coordinating event logistics with technology partners, developing budgets, procuring event materials, and managing travel details for the Company. During events, oversee booth set up/break down, lead scanning, while taking part in light sales
  • Hire and manage writers for blog posts and white papers
  • Manage and edit internal marketing documents
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned by Princeton Blue Senior Management

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with a major in Marketing plus four years of Marketing work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing with seven years of Marketing work experience is required
  • Conceptual understanding of digital automation technologies like BPM, RPA and AI is preferred
  • Ability to write insightful commentary on current trends in digital automation
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress is required
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in driving social media programs, lead generation and technology services marketing
  • Must have the ability to build effective PowerPoint presentations
  • Marketing project management experience a plus
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and very well organized to simultaneously manage multiple complex and long running initiatives
