Princeton Blue is looking for a Pega Lead Systems Architect (LSA) with 7-10 years of experience for it’s US office.

Participate in analysis, design, and new development of PEGA BPM based applications in a fast paced environment

Engage with customers from design / architecture phase of a project, understand client's business, participate in conversion and documenting of business requirements to system requirements, and contribute developing high quality applications on the PEGA BPM platform

Test changes to user interface, application functionality and database access as required by the client organization

Coordinate closely with other consultants to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications

Support data migration, loading and conversions between data stores

Responsible for developing components and artifacts in the areas of PEGA BPM Solution design, Process modeling, Solution development, System and Application Integration approaches, Deployment and Optimization

Assist in the review and analysis of detailed program specifications and designs to meet changes required in the work processes

Contribute to knowledge repository in terms of customer best practices, reusable components, and towards Thought Leadership of the company, through blogs, white papers, case studies, etc

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in enterprise architectural frameworks, designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks and data management tools

Data Modelling Skills for existing as well as new applications

Ability to design applications that are scalable with a long-term vision

Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment

Leading a team of developers with best practices related to data management and enterprise data models

Experience working with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation. Ability to guide the customer with requirement feasibility and help choose the best options

Excellent communication skills on all frontss

Strong Communication, Leadership & Problem-Solving skills required

Design application for data integrity, performance and quality

Expertise and good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems and working with distributed data access

Strong knowledge on Integration with different systems, Log analaysis, Log management and PLA

Should have working knowledge on Pega UI Architecture, IAC (Internet Application Composer), DWA (Directed Web Access), Pega Version Upgrade, managing the parallel development, Styling PRPC Application

Indexing, Archiving & Purging Data, Session management, Customized logging, very good knowledge on SMA and System Reports
-
Good understanding of Class Dependencies, Rule Dependencies and Inheritance
-
Experienced in conducting architecture design reviews, code walkthroughs, performance and security reviews
-
Should have good knowledge on Application Upgrades
-
Able to provide the leadership but also should be very hands-on
-
Prior financial experience and working under continuous delivery model is a huge plus
