Princeton Blue is looking for a Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) with 5-7 years of experience for it’s US office.

Leading team of Pega Consultants, and ensure timely delivery in project related tasks

Engage with customers right from initiation phase of a customer relationship and work with development teams, assimilate client's business in developing high quality applications on the Pega BPM platform

Responsible for the architecture, design & development of software components that run customer service applications related to Pega technology

Responsible for review and guidance of project teams in the areas of Pega BPM Solution design, Process modeling, Solution development, System and Application integration approaches, Deployment and Optimization

Responsible for designing, creating high level solutions, and implementation of the solutions for the customers, by understanding the customer requirements and drive the same with the development team

Responsible for developing components and artifacts in the areas of Pega Solution design, Process modeling, Solution development, System and Application Integration approaches, Deployment and Optimization

Contribute to knowledge repository in terms of customer best practices, reusable components, and towards Thought Leadership of the company, through blogs, white papers, case studies, etc

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in enterprise architectural frameworks, designing business

Should have excellent knowledge on BPM solution Life Cycle using Pega - PRPC

experienced in Scalability and Performance tuning the Application server and Database Server

Encourage/Guide teams in Creating re-usable rules and objects

Good understanding on BPM best practices, implementation life cycles

Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners File, MQ, Connectors and Services etc

Knowledge and experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design

Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with quality of coding

Review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL and PLA for performance tuning

Good understanding of Class Dependencies, Rule Dependencies and Inheritance

Follow and encourage best practices in PEGA architecture design coding

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Prior financial experience and working under continuous delivery model is a huge plus
