This session will present a working of demo of how Cognitive Computing can be leveraged to "sense" for customer events by listening for signals across social media, news, blogs, forums, other unstructured data streams, combined with Business Rules and Complex Event Processing to enable direct and informed action. The demo is built using IBM Watson yet offers a universal and agnostic pattern for incorporating AI with BPM, CEP and BRMS, applicable to many use cases across retail, banking, insurance, healthcare, and other industries with consumer-centric processes.
