Business Need
This leading bank wanted to fortify its Enterprise Military Benefits & Protection support for the US military by making sure servicemembers are aware of the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and the benefits it offers.As this was a new solution, there weren’t existing pain points. However, the solution had to be conceptualized and implemented from scratch.
